“A socially excluded group”? – Hearing the voice of victims

The purpose of this article is to review how the needs of victims of mentally disordered offenders (MDOs) are being addressed by healthcare teams treating MDOs and by the Mental Health Review Tribunal in providing victims with information and giving victims a voice.
