Reviewing Scottish Mental Health Law: Any Lessons for England and Wales?
DOI:

This article looks at the Millan Committee’s review of Scottish mental health law, with some reference to the work of the Richardson Committee and the Government’s response to it. Whilst the issues raised were similar, the Scottish approach is likely to differ in certain significant respects. It is hoped that the article will, therefore, add to the debate south of the Border.Published
