Our legal system is still much admired by those who can gain access to it, but what about those who can’t? Our courts present physical barriers to people in wheelchairs, but today I am not talking about the logistical problems of people with physical disabilities – I am concerned about the jurisdictional problems of individuals who lack mental capacity.Published
